The diversified selection of materials is crucial for hardware fittings to adapt to different scenarios. For industrial fasteners with high strength requirements, we use 40Cr alloy structural steel, which, after quenching and tempering, has a tensile strength of 800MPa, ensuring stable connection in the vibration of heavy machinery; Hinges and slide rails for home use are made of 304 stainless steel, which can pass 120-hour salt spray test without rust, adapting to humid environments such as kitchens and bathrooms; For micro bearings in precision instruments, high-purity bearing steel GCr15 is used, and its spheroidizing annealing process makes the hardness uniformly controlled at HRC60-62, ensuring the rotation accuracy reaches 0.001mm level. The refinement of production processes determines the final performance of the fittings. On the screw production line, the cold heading machine shapes the wire at a frequency of 3 times per second, and the thread rolling process maintains the thread profile accuracy at ±0.02mm, ensuring perfect matching with nuts; The hinge shaft of the hinge is precisely processed by a centerless grinder, with a surface roughness of Ra≤0.8μm, and 50,000 times of opening and closing without jamming is achieved with special grease; For special-shaped fittings, we introduce 3D printing rapid prototyping technology, shortening the sample development cycle from the traditional 15 days to 48 hours, and then realize mass production through precision casting, with dimensional tolerance controlled within IT7 level. The automatic electroplating production line puts a protective coat on the fittings, and the zinc coating thickness uniformly reaches 8-12μm, meeting both anti-corrosion requirements and avoiding hydrogen embrittlement risks.
The whole-process quality control builds a reliable barrier. In the basic inspection link, vernier calipers and image measuring instruments conduct 100% dimensional screening for each batch of fittings; In mechanical testing, the tensile testing machine applies 1.5 times the rated load to the bolts, which can be qualified only if there is no plastic deformation for 10 minutes; For safety accessories such as locks, they must pass 20,000 insertion and extraction tests and anti-prying performance tests, and the key mutual opening rate is controlled below 0.01%. We have established a product traceability system, and each fitting has a unique batch code, which can be traced back to the raw material batch and production team, realizing accurate traceability of quality problems.
These hardware fittings have been deeply integrated into the texture of industry and life: on the automobile welding production line, specially made positioning pins ensure that the assembly error of body parts does not exceed 0.5mm; The damping slow-descending hinge of the intelligent toilet precisely controls the cover falling time at 3 seconds to avoid noise; In the glass curtain wall of office buildings, stainless steel connectors can bear 800kg per square meter to resist typhoon-level wind pressure; Even the safety lock of children's toys has passed the 50N tensile test to prevent children from swallowing parts by mistake.
